BIO

Original Synth is a Santa Barbara–based electronic duo founded by Craig Donen and Justin Romain. Blending deep house grooves with elements of rock and cosmic reggae, the duo creates immersive performances that move seamlessly between live electronic music and curated DJ sets. Using analog synthesizers, live instrumentation, and a hybrid DJ setup, Original Synth delivers dynamic sets built around melodic soundscapes, driving rhythms, and dancefloor energy. With 15 original tracks released on Spotify, their sound bridges the gap between electronic performance and live band energy. Known for their versatile live shows and genre-blending style, Original Synth brings a fresh and electrifying presence to clubs, festivals, and late-night dance floors.
